We are excited to announce that Springdale Preparatory School, a co-educational, independent boarding and day school located on twenty-one acres in northern Maryland’s rolling countryside has retained The Baugher Group to assist the school in its search for a new and innovative Dean of Enrollment Management beginning in July 2019. This is a full-time, administrative position.

The next Dean of Enrollment Management at Springdale will serve as the school’s chief administrator of student outreach, admissions, registration, and retention. The position will be responsible for creating and maintaining a student-centered, supportive atmosphere with sensitivity and responsiveness to all families. The position will also collaborate with Springdale faculty, staff, and community partners in support of the school’s philosophy/mission while reporting to Springdale’s Head of Schools/CEO.
Desired qualities include, but are not limited to: * Proven, successful experience as a recruiter, with a firm understanding of the admissions process * Demonstrated ability to be a collaborator, and communicates well with a wide audience of with families, faculty/staff, and board of investors * A true professional who is well-organized and detail-oriented, yet very adaptable to new trends in education and recruitment * Familiarity with and commitment to boarding education * Open to and able to travel and work comfortably in other cultures * Willingness to commit for a significant period of time
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university 2. Two (2) years' experience working in a preparatory or K-12 school environment 3. Two (2) years' experience recruiting, outreach, marketing, or sales
