St. Anne's Episcopal School seeks an experienced and dynamic leader to direct a robust enrollment management program.
The Director of Enrollment Management reports to the Head of School. Responsibilities include the following:
To oversee the admission program for enrolling new students to the school and presenting the school to prospective students and parents which includes:
Manage the inquiry, online and print application, and communication process for candidates and their parents; provide tours, meetings, and interviews with candidates and their parents; arrange admissions assessments and school visits; secure student records and recommendations; convene Admissions Committee; communicate final decisions to families and school divisions; deliver and finalize signed contracts for newly enrolled students.
Assist with transitions including host families, playground parties, tutor/summer work recommendations, welcome calls, registration forms/summer packets, etc.
To oversee the admission office, creation of an admissions strategic plan and budget, and related admissions and marketing materials and tactics.
Evaluate and design all aspects of the admissions and marketing program with the goal of maintaining a robust enrollment and a potential wait-list of qualified applicants.
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan including print and digital advertising and outreach.
Oversee outreach that includes the network of ambassadors made up of parents, former parents and alumni to assist in the admissions program.
Represent the school at various school and external gatherings and conferences.
Cultivate new contacts for potential enrollment.
To regularly report relevant statistics on all aspects of the admission and re-enrollment programs to the Head of School and Board of Trustees.
Plan and execute events and tactics such as open houses and fairs to support admission goals.
To serve as a member of the Financial Aid Committee, along with the Business Manager and Head of School. Assist families with the application process; support the analysis, and execution of aid offers.
Manage and execute scholarship programs to support enrollment goals;
Report results to development (and donors) and the Board.
To manage the re-enrollment of current students for the succeeding year, enlisting the support of the leadership team and all faculty in the process.
Work closely with members of the Advancement Team and the Advancement Committee of the Board of Trustees
To support the school and its leadership and serve on the Leadership Team
To perform other duties as assigned by the Head of School
The ideal candidate will have the following credentials:
a minimum of a bachelor's degree with a master's degree preferred
several years of experience as a successful admission leader in an independent school setting,
a passion for working with children and families to secure the best possible educational experience,
exceptional communication skills, both oral and written,
and the organizational and management skills to make the admissions process run seamlessly
