The Cathedral School is seeking a high-performing and collaborative Outreach and Enrollment Management Coordinator to work in a forward-thinking admission office. The Outreach and Enrollment Management Coordinator is an integral part of the School’s admission team and facilitates the enrollment management process in the School’s effort to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse and dynamic student population. The Outreach and Enrollment Management Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Outreach and Enrollment Management.
Works collaboratively to produce outreach and enrollment programs consistent with the School’s mission and strategic priorities.
Serves as the public face of admission with prospective applicant families and relevant constituents at events.
Manage all aspects of online application process (SchoolAdmin).
Maintain Outreach and Enrollment Management database.
Maintain and coordinate internal and external department calendar.
Assist in scheduling applicant appointments.
Assist in the implementation of Outreach and Enrollment Management events.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate on matters that are highly complex and sensitive in nature.
Ability to communicate effectively with administration, faculty, and parents on all levels both inside and outside the School.
Collegial and effective at forming effective working relationships with faculty, parents, and the school community.
Ability to work effectively in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressure.
