The Langley School seeks a highly motivated and organized professional to serve as the schools next Director of Admission and Financial Aid. The Director will provide strategic leadership and manage a high-quality, distinctive, and fair admission process that attracts and enrolls a talented and mission-appropriate student body. Additional responsibilities include administering the financial aid process, as well as managing the Database Coordinator to ensure data integrity and the implementation of data-related technologies. The Director will report to the Head of Enrollment and Communications.
Seeking candidate with a bachelor's or master's degree with at least seven to ten years of related experience, with a passion for working with parents and young children. Excellent oral and written communications, strong inter-personal skills, and proficiency in analytics and school databases required.
