Columbus School for Girls (CSG) is a PK-12 independent day school for girls in, Columbus, Ohio. The Head of School seeks a visionary and strategic enrollment management professional who will embrace CSG’s mission, support the Head's vision, and further the strategic goals of the school. Reporting to the Head of School, and working collaboratively with the administrative team, the Director of Enrollment Management helps define the goals and vision of Columbus School for Girls and is responsible for managing all facets of the admission and financial aid process in the school’s effort to attract, enroll, and retain a diverse and dynamic student population. He/she is responsible for establishing strategic enrollment direction, and admission goals outlining the day-to-day activities of the admission team that ensure the attainment of enrollment goals with mission-appropriate students and families. The Director of Enrollment Management plays a vital role in the CSG’s community and will be expected to strengthen the admission and financial assistance infrastructure by implementing strategies to ensure that the Office achieves its enrollment goals set by the Board of Trustees and Head of School.
Successful candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 5 years of admissions enrollment management and financial aid experience, community leadership and engagement, and an understanding of independent schools. In addition, one must be a team player and possess superior interpersonal and organizational skills; a kind and empathetic demeanor; the ability to make decisions with compassion and professionalism; a collaborative, flexible and growth-minded nature; a quick wit; and a commitment to and understanding of girls’ education.
