The Rashi School seeks a creative and strategic professional for the position of Director of Enrollment Management. This is a new role at The Rashi School and offers a unique opportunity to create and define a new approach to The Rashi School’s growth strategy as a member of the senior leadership team.
Provide strategic leadership in student enrollment, affordability, and marketing and communications, in collaboration with the Director of Finance & Operations and the Director of Development
Plan and direct the school’s enrollment and retention strategy and procedures
Supervise Admissions & Communications direct reports
Build strong relationships with current and future parents
Act as Rashi’s key ambassador for new students and families
Collect and analyze data about current and prospective families’ experiences at Rashi, and use findings to inform a team approach to Rashi’s growth
Collaborate with educators and administrative colleagues
Represent Rashi at various community and outside organization functions
Attend evening and/or weekend events.
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s preferred.
7-10 years professional experience with increasing responsibilities in communications, marketing, admissions, or closely related field.
Experience in enrollment management and/or student services highly desirable.
An understanding of the applications of technology to these fields.
Outstanding communication skills in writing and speaking.
Expertise in social media, online marketing, and community events.
A collaborative leadership style.
Dynamic and sincere presentation style.
A keen focus on detail while balancing the big picture.
